Some Examples We eliminated drilling cost by stamping holes smaller than the thickness of the part.  For one customer, we stamp several 1mm (0.39") holes in .055" thick material for one customer.  Their previous supplier had to utilize a multiple set-up drilling fixture to accomplish the same results we produce with one press stroke.  Our method provides a more reliable process and lower cost.
